The History of Hollywood
A Brief History of Hollywood

15E 800 N has always had serious Provo historical significance. Built in 1926, not only is it one of the most beautiful edifices in the city, it also has been a mecca and beacon of hope to thousands of students in the surrounding areas. Never has there been a house in Provo that rivaled the aura and nostalgia of the newly-transformed brick-covered "Hollywood House."

Through personal interviews and research, we learned that parties have been thrown at this house for the last 30 years. Formerly known in recent years as "The Jock Rock Complex" and "The Brick House," the house saw a makeover to it's current version, "The Hollywood House", in Fall '06. Since then students, saints, and police all agree that it's the place to be when the signs are up and the flyers dispersed.

The living room of the house was at one point in time a dentists' office, or at least so we're told.

Two neighboring houses include the White House to the North, and the Capital House to the East.
